• Operational data: tenant identifiers, plan configurations, deployment metadata, audit logs, and API usage records needed to deliver the Services.
• Customer content: files, databases, emails, DNS settings, and other hosting data that you upload or manage on behalf of your customers.
• Support interactions: conversations through tickets, email, or chat that help resolve technical or billing issues.

2. How we use data

We use collected data to:

• Authenticate users and secure reseller accounts.
• Provision, monitor, and optimize hosting services and infrastructure.
• Process invoices, payments, and detect fraudulent activity.
• Provide technical support, service notifications, and product updates.
• Improve platform reliability, capacity planning, and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Lawful bases for processing

Our processing activities are grounded in one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract (reseller agreement and hosting services), compliance with legal obligations (such as tax, accounting, and security requirements), legitimate business interests (platform improvement, fraud prevention), and consent where expressly required (marketing communications or optional diagnostics).

4. How we share information

We share data with trusted third parties only when necessary to deliver the Services or to comply with the law:

• Infrastructure partners such as data centers and network providers.
• Payment processors and billing platforms that handle invoicing.

We do not sell personal data or allow third parties to exploit reseller or customer information for advertising purposes.

Hosting workloads may be deployed across different geographic regions. When data is transferred outside of its country of origin, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms, to ensure a lawful transfer and adequate protection.

6. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. You are responsible for securing user access within your reseller organization and for educating your customers about best practices.

7. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your reseller account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Hosting data uploaded by you or your customers is retained for the duration of the service term and deleted or anonymized within 60 days of termination, unless a longer retention period is legally required.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Requests can be submitted to privacy@jambogrid.com. We may require verification before fulfilling a request. Where data is processed on behalf of your customers, you agree to relay their requests to us promptly and to collaborate in fulfilling them.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session security, remember preferences, and gather analytics on platform usage. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may impact functionality.

10. Third-party services

Our platform may integrate with third-party applications or plugins that you enable for your customers. Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how those providers process data once transferred at your direction.

11. Children

The Services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that such data has been provided, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.

12. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Material updates will be communicated through the control panel or email. The updated policy becomes effective when posted.
